Mr. Kamoju Olalekan (Managing Director) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience spanning Human Resources Management, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Social Work, and Staff Outsourcing and Management.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from the University of Lagos Teaching Hospital (LUTH).

He is a member of professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON), and Learning and Development Network International (LDNI).

With several years of professional experience in Human Resources within the public sector, Mr. Kamoju has developed strong expertise in employee management, workforce administration, staff development, and organizational support. He also has extensive experience in Health, Safety and Environment, with professional certifications including NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor certifications, and several other local and internationally recognized HSE and safety qualifications.

In addition, he has considerable experience in staff outsourcing, workforce deployment, supervision, and management, providing professional personnel and workforce solutions to various organizations across different sectors.
